The “Customers” tab of your Merchant Dashboard provides you with detailed insights into the GetUpside users who visit your sites. You can use this tab to view anonymized individual customer profiles, with details such as visit frequency, incremental gallons and c-store purchases, and the net profit you’ve made from that customer. You can also dive deeper into specific visits made by a customer and the profit/fee breakdown for a given transaction.
You can access your customer insights by navigating to the “Customers” tab in your dashboard. Filters enable you to look at individual locations and view customers who transacted at particular sites. The customer list view displays an at-a-glance profile of individual, anonymized customers, sorted by most recent transaction date. In this summary table, you can view the date of their last GetUpside transaction, total number of GetUpside transactions at your location(s), incremental gallons and c-store sales, and the GetUpside-driven net profit from each customer.
From this summary table, you can click on an individual line or customer to view additional detail. The “Customer Details” page provides further insight into individual customers and their transaction history using GetUpside at your site(s).
This profile shows an aggregate of their purchase behavior across all of your sites using GetUpside and includes data for both fuel and c-store activity, if applicable. Filter by one or multiple locations to narrow your results. For more granular data, select a row in the “Transactions” table and view a specific transaction made by that customer.
The “Transaction Details” page offers a detailed breakdown of individual transactions made by customers at your site(s) through GetUpside, recording the fuel grade, total gallons, incremental gallons and sales, and total charges for that visit. The calculations for your margin and net profit are also provided in full.
